In my courthouse research in Pocahontas County, WV, this year, I came across many old birth records which listed a town that I cannot seem to find on any map nor on the U. S. Geologic Survey maps. The name of the town has been spelled several different ways in the records, and I was hoping someone might be able to give me the correct spelling.
