Re: Kearney-Keefe My grandmother, Elizabeth Keefe was born in East Plumstead, county of Kent in London in 1872. She later married Francis Sanford and they migrated to the U.S. Her birth certificate lists her parents as PETER KEEFE and HONORA (nee:KEARNEY) KEEFE. According to oral history, the Keefe/Kearney family migrated to England from Ireland, but I have no more information. I have tried to locate information on Honora Kearney or on Peter Keefe, but can't find anything, including the county in Ireland where they were born, married, lived, etc. I would really appreciate any information on this family. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
