I am looking for any information on my ggg grandfather. His name was John Benjamin Nace and we know that he came over from Hamburg, Germany. He would have been born somewhere around the late 1840's to the mid 1850's. He was the captain of a tall ship call the "Morning Star" for over 25 years. John Benjamin and his wife Emma Graver had two children that we know of. Quincy Llewallyn Nace and Carrie Nace. Quincy is my gg grandfather. Does anybody out there have any info on John Benjamin? I was told by another family member that his name is at Ellis Island but I live in Oklahoma so it has been hard for me to find this info also. Would appreciate any help you could give me.
