I sm searching for the burial site or any information about my great grandgather, L. Jack Knowles. He was born about 1863. He married Elizabeth D. Patterson of Camden Co., GA. They had 3 daughters, Polly (Mrs. William Pancost), Annie Laurie (died during WWI) and Susan (Mrs. Dave Alexander). All 3 were nuurses. Jaxck and Elizabeth also had 2 sons, Thomas Camden and Dan E. I need to find out Jack's father's name. My family tree is STUCK! I know from the 1930 census that he was still living. He was with his daughter in Ft. Pierce. My father and uncle believe he was buried in jasper or white springs, but he died during WWII and they were not present to see where he was buried. If anyone can offer any help, pleas let me know. No one knows what the "L" stood for, but he was called Jakc. Thank you! Robin Knowles Miner rminer@bham.rr.com | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
