am trying to locate a marriage record for bird<byrd> terry talley <Tally> . Not his 2nd marriage to Julia Mays but his 1st to debora or deborah from alabama. I can not find them on 1860 census in ark or tx. He joined the confederate army in Fannin county Tx. I have 1870 mortality schedule of deborah tallys death in Gonzales tx,that is where he live and remarried in 1871.I need a census with his 1st wife from anywhere. thanks carolyn talley
