Arthur and Susan McGough and family left from Ireland in 1786. There weren't any records kept of arriving ships in the colonies before 1804. Their history says they came from Donegal. McGough isn't a Donegal name, I think they lived else where and sailed from Donegal. Anyone with info about McGoughs from the surrounding counties please let me know. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
