New London County, CT, USA and Kings County, Nova Scotia, Canada. Researching the Eagles/Eagell family of Kings County, Nova Scotia. John Eagell claimed a land grant in 1763 in Horton, and may have moved there from New London County, CT. His wife, may have been Laurene or Laurena or something like this. The same area was inhabited by other families from N. L. County such as the Denison, Harris, Fuller, and many from Lebanon and Coventry, CT. Has anyone run across the Eagell/Eagles name in their research in N.L. County before 1763? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
