I'm looking for my uncle, Efrain Soto, who was born in either Lares or San Sebastian, Puerto Rico and is about 78 years old. He was the youngest of three brothers, his oldest being my father, Jose Segundo who was married to my mother Maria Rodriguez, who died several years ago. My dad died 21 years ago after being in a Veteran's Hospital for many years. He was a WWII veteran. He never regained his memory and I have very little information about his family. I know that there were two sisters and one of them was named Carmen. His father was a baker in Puerto Rico. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
