My previous post about the cemetary and the missing headstone for Edward Upton born in Tryon Co NC in 1775 and his 2nd wife Virginia Jane Trainer needs correcting. Another descendant e-mailed me a picture of the new smaller stone that replaced the older larger one in the cemetary so all is well now. The family cemetary is located on Big Springs Road ( which is a dead end) in the town of Upton, KY on the Hardin county side of the county lines, on the Russell Shoat farm. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
