Hello, I am searching for information on the Charles Bangs family that was in the 1840 (Texas Township-Wayne County) Pennsylvania census. He was between 40 and 50 years old at that time. My gggrandfather was a James R Bangs. He was a steamboat captain on the Ouachita River and resided in Arkansas. His daughters said he was born in Pa. I believe Charles possibly is buried near there.
