Searching Dodson Family from Scotland to North Carolina to Ohio to Terre Haute Indiana from 1824 to present. Jeremiah was the first known who was a Methodist minister in North Carolina, He had 10 children or more and last known to be in Kansas in 1880 where he died. I have documentation on many of the other Terre Haute Dodson's that were his son's. His wife first wife was Eulety Brown married in North Carolina. children Samuel b. 1825 in TN or NC. John b. 1824 NC and David b.NC about 1813, His 2nd wife was Jane (Cincy) Brownlow married 1841 Guilford Co. NC. Moved to Florida, then to Oregan.
