Looking for any info on my grandparents, James Martin Kelly (Okelly) and Emily Kelly, nee Quinn. Last know place of residence in Ireland was Dublin Emily was from Wicklow, she had atleast two brothers and a sister or more. There might have been a Bridgit. Emily could have been younger than James he was an officer in the army. He may have been from Cork. His family may have had a tavern, he had atleast one brother who moved to the US and a sister Cathline (Kitty) who moved to Quebec, Can. There were several children that died before they left for Quebec around 1919-24. The children that came to Canada were May, John, Patrick and Christine, Bernadette was born here. Info on family was never given, very secretive. They were catholics. The only reference I have is Patrick was baptised at Our Lady of Lourdes/Sean McDermot Street/Dublin/Any info would be appreciated. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
