LDS provided a WILL of Moses Austin dated 13 sept 1806. Irwin Twp. Moses and wife Sarah lived next to Samuel and Mary Doty on land purchased from their son Aaron Austin who was married to Hannah Doty, dau. of Samuel and Mary. From the mid 1790s to 1813 these families lived in Irwin and Scrubgrass twps. They owned land and operated a mill on Scrubgrass creek. My search: burial place of Moses Austin. Also information on Sarah after the 1810 census, his wife. Moses and Sarah had 3 daughters: Mary married a Davidson abt 1790-1804. Hiley married a Leonard same time frame. Charlotte married William Wilson Thom 1806. I would like information on any of these families. Austin, Doty, Davidson, Leonard, Thom. They were in Westmoreland Co in 1790 census. Derry and Fairfield twp. I do not know the maiden name of Sarah Austin.
