I am looking for my brother. He was born February 13, I think 1985. His name is Emmanule James. I'm not sure if this is still his name. He was adopted from Starkville Mississippi when he was just a baby maybe five or six months old. My mother Katherine was young when he was signed away and not aware of the circumstances when he was adopted. I'm not quite sure what situation his dad Edgar Mosley was in because I was only five years old at the time. He is very much loved and has been thought about for the whole time he has been gone.
