I am trying to help my son in law find his biological parents. He THINKS that his given name at birth was either, Juan or Jose'. He was born in Tacoma, Washington on March 19, 1969. He was told that one of his birth parents was Italian and the other was Mexican. He is a tall man with large bone structure and dark curly hair. He asks nothing of his birth parents except to maybe share pictures and find out more about his heritage. He has had a good life and has no regrets about being adopted. Sure hope to help him connect.
