My name is Holly Johnson, I am looking for birth mom, dad, siblings, etc.., or anyone one that has knowledge of health history.I am a 35 year old woman, born on 12/18/1976 at 3:13pm, 7lbs 12oz, Blue Eyes, Red Hair, Fair Skin. I was adopted out through Lutheran Social Services in Oklahoma City on 12/23/1976 to a couple from Ponca City, Oklahoma, Gary Richard Johnson & Linda Kay Johnson (Hamlin). Other than said above I have no other information about my birth parents not even a medical history, as I have been told it was a "closed" adoption.
