I'm having trouble finding records that give the maiden names of female ancestors. I have my great-grandmother, Julia Sullivan (born @1876 in Blackstone, MA) daughter of Patrick and Ellen (O'Leary)Sullivan. Ellen's parents were Michael and Bridget O'Leary. Bridget seems to have been born in Canada @1825. I have her parents given names but not a surname. My grandfather Raymond Gadouas was also born in Blackstone, MA @1915. His parents were Henry G.Gadouas (b.@1874 somewhere in Vermont) and Alvina ? (b.@1876 somewhere in Canada. If anyone has any info or even just some hints as to how to continue my search, please help me!!! | |||||||||||||||||||||
