Born February 16, 1966 at Grant Hospital in Franklin County, Columbus, Ohio to a 14 year old mother who was raised in the Franklin County Children Services' foster care system. I was released from the hospital to my adoptive family although my biological mother did not sign the adoption papers until I was several months old. I arrived with the name "Baby Boy Brown." My parents where told this was not my birth family name but a way to identify a baby by race. It took my biological mother several months to finally decide to give me up, she saw me once, I was about 6 months old at the time of my adoption. I understand the children services social worker was in her late 20s at the time, very professional and kind hearted. I need my biological mother to give me life again, I NEED A KIDNEY! I am on dialysis with end stage renal failure. I am married with two children. I graduated with a Doctorate in Ministry from Howard University and live in Maryland. My adoptive family includes two sisters, one is 3 years younger than me, the other is 14 years older and the most knowledgeable about my adoption since my mom's death.
