Searching for parents and or relatives ie. Grandmother, Aunt and Uncle Jim or James of orphan boy named James Phillips. James lived in Tavistock - Devon however I am not sure if he was actually born there. Some relatives say he might have come from Wales. James was born ca 1851 and sailed with his Aunt and Grandmother to Quebec, Canada when he was about 9 or 10 years old. James's Grandmother, Aunt and Uncle all died upon the first year of their arrival to North America from an epidemic. | |||||||||||||||||||||
