Seeking birth mother, father and maybe siblings of baby girl born December 26 1951 and adopted out in North Carolina. Names and details on records were redacted by Catholic agency. She (my sister) is not computer savvy, so I am searching for her. Her hair is red and she is covered with freckles (but they showed up when she was a toddler). My mother was married to a Marine in Jacksonville NC at the time and they could not have kids so they adopted in Onslow county. I like to think the date of birth is real and accurate but that could be fake and we don't even know if she was born in North Carolina for sure. Contact me via the site if you think you could be related to my sister. She needs this. I think it would go a long way in helping her feel whole. The surname listed was my sisters last name when she was first adopted during my moms first marriage to the marine. We don't have any idea of the name of either birth parent. We were told the ages were around 16 for the mom and 23 for the Dad but we are looking at more records soon. Her name is Marcia... and she would very much like to know her history. Because she was adopted through a Catholic agency, the redacted almost every single detail from her records.
