I am searching for STRAUBS: Jacob, John, Nicholas, Mary, and one more sister. They came to the US (from naturalization papers) 4-12-1854. I have been unable to find them on any ship records as a group. They all came together. Jacob born Dec. 23, 1831/1834 Kanton Bern. John Nicholas born:1838 Mary Elizabeth unknown sister I have found sponsors of Jacob Straubs 2nd born son, from Switzerland. Gottlieb Messerli(Y) and wife Elizabeth Pfiffner. The Messerli's are from Rueggisburg and St. Gallen. I was hoping for a chance my Straubs came from there also. | |||||||||||||||||||||
