Hi, I am looking for two cousins of mine that were born during or shortly after the second world war. I was told they were born in England or Scotland and later moved to Australia. Their parents are Wilbert (Bill) and Elinor Pelley. I understand that Bill moved back to Newfoundland but Elinor did not want to come. Their children were named John and Frances I think.
