Looking for Birth-parent(s)and/or siblings of a white male child born 11/16/66 with a birth defect of Cleft Palette and lip. (After many surgeries, now quite presentable.) Very blue eyes, blond hair. Child was put into foster system until adopted at age 4-1/2, in 1970. Believe original birth name was Peter Seefried (spelling may be incorrect on last name). Birth certificate states born in Wicomico, MD - but not sure if that's the city of Wicomico, Charles Co., MD or the county of Wicomico, MD. Believe mother to have been young, married to a Vietnam Vet and of German and/or Jewish descent. Fostered (in state care) near Denton, Maryland - Caroline Co. Please e-mail!
