 I am looking for any info anyone might have on the Youngs and the Clarks that moved down into East Texas from Alabama and South Carolina in the early to mid-1800's and the Edgars from possibly Lousiana that moved into San Augustine and Sabine County - maybe the same period of time, but I am not really sure. One name that is really giving me trouble is Littleberry Clark that married Nancy Young in 1824. I cannot find ANY information as to what his parents names are. And also Alfred Andrew Jackson Edgar's family. He always went by AJ or Alfred. He married Sarah Elizabeth Hargrove.
