I am looking for information on Stephen Tucker b: 8 MAR 1827 in Harrison County, WV. His father may be Christopher James Tucker b: abt 1780 and died 24 FEB 1842 in Harrison County. Christopher James may be the brother of George Tucker, both being sons of William Tucker and Rachel House. George and Christopher James were in Harrison County and moved to Monday Creek Township in Perry County Ohio. The family signed the Harrison County Petition in 1777 and had land in the 1700's around Booths Creek. The 1785 census for Harrison County that lists a William Tucker. | |||||||||||||||||||||
