I am searching for any birth relatives, I was born May 22, 1966 at Burlington Hospital. My mother had been living at the Elizabeth Lund Home and the adoption was handled thru them. I believe she was about 17 at the time. My adoptive parents were from New Jersey and took me home from the hospital when I was 1 week old.
