I have a Jesse Anderson, b. abt. 1788 in Claiborne Co., TN, married to Jane Miller. Jesse served in the War of 1812 as a Private under Colonel William Johnson and Capt. James Stewart in the 3rd Regiment East Tennessee Militia. I then have his father Thomas Anderson, b. abt. 1730 and died in 1825 in Lawrence Co., IN, married to Mary Reens. Looking for more info on Jesse Anderson. And also for more info on Thomas Anderson, more exact of when he was born and where? Also "ANY" info on his father, William Anderson, because I have zip on him. Was told William possibly came from Scotland to Virginia with four brothers. Can any one help?
