Looking for information on ggrandparents Jeremiah Cahill and Ann Dwyer and relatives. Jeremiah was born around 1804. He married Ann Dwyer(O'Dwyer) of Ballycomash around 1838 at St. John the Baptist Churh in Clonoulty,Rossmore in the diocesw of Cashel and Emily. They had the following children born in Ireland Martin,1839; Malachy-1841, Philip-1844, Jeremiah-1846 and Anne-1851. Martin's baptismal record says they were living in Upperchurch at his baptism. Family was living in Ballycamas at the latter 4 children's baptisms. Family came to the USA and eventually settled in Dubuque, Iowa where my grandmother Mary Ann was born in 1856. Family lived in Dubuque area until deaths. Mary Ann Cahill married twice, first to a Timothy Ryan, son of William Ryan and Margarite L.from County Tipperary and Ottercreek, Jackson county, Iowa.
