My name is Brenda & I am searching for my birth family. I have a twin sister Linda we were born on July 17, 1986 at Barnes Hosp. in St. Louis, MO. Our last name was Nguyen, we have an older brother named Con(may not be the right spelling of his name). We were all put in foster care when together when I was 3 1/2 months. My brother was returned to our birth mother & our foster parents adopted my sister & myself. They also wanted to adopt our brother. We were put in foster care by D.F.S. in St. Louis, they also handeled our adoption.We don't know why we were taken away from our birth family or why only our brother was returned.
