My son was taken from me in Newark Ohio by children services in 2004. He was born January 29, 2004 in Merced California. He was born with some minor problems. He had an ulcer over his left eye and was born without a rectum, which was surgically fixed without a problem. I have heard that he was adopted by a family somewhere in Ohio, but I can't verify this because children services refuses to answer my questions. His birth name was Scott Allen Zadek and I am his mother. My maiden name was Phillips. I understand he isn't old enough to come looking for me yet, but I would love to know about his health and maybe one day see a picture of him. I don't intend on regaining custody. I realize he has a family that has been taking care of him, but I would like to get in touch with his parents.
