I have been trying to trace my gg grandfather James Hall born Richmond Tas about 1855/56. Having twice been thru birth and baptism records thoroughly and having found no James Hall, I did come across a Male name not recorded Hole b 9 Feb 1856 Richmond. An uncle did tell me he believed James' surname may have been something that sounded like Hall. This male Hole's parents were John Hole, convict Maria Somes & Mary Johnston, convict Asia7. There was also an older brother John Thomas and twin sisters Elizabeth & Martha. Martha died 2 Jul 1858. I am hoping any of this sounds familiar to someone out there who may be able to offer any help. Any info will be greatly appreciated, thank you. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
