Name given at birth was "COREY (or Cory) TINSLEY" in Toledo Ohio, mother's name was Claudia Tinsley. He was taken away from his grandmother shortly after his mother disappeared in 1996 and adopted out by the state Lucas County as far as we know, if he has even been adopted. He was taken away from the grandmother in 1997 or 1998. He was 3 or 4 when the state took him away so now as of March 2008 he would be around 13 to 14 years old now i believe.
