My birth parents and/or siblings. My birth name was Sylvia Williams. I have very limited information. I was born Jan. 5, 1968 at St. Vincent's Hospital, in Little Rock, Arkansas. I was born premature. My mother was 31, and my father was 29 when I was born. They were not married at the time of my birth. My father had another child (a son) by another woman. This child would have been my older half-brother. It was reported that he died at the age of 5 with Down's Syndrome. My mother was 5'2" tall, brown hair and hazel eyes. My father was 5'9".
