I am searching for a male birth relative who was adopted as a newborn infant. City of birth, Shreveport, LA. Date of birth, 3/19/76. Doctor's name, unknown. Time of birth, unknown. Agency that handled adoption, Volunteers of America in Shreveport. I have been searching for him since 1999, but I'm not the birthmother and don't have vital facts surrounding the birth. I am a member of the adoptee's birth family. I think I may have found a previous entry by the adoptee on this site that was posted 3-29-08, but have had no response to my email communication to him.
