I'm going from memory because I don't have the necessary paperwork with me, but here goes. Theresa Engle married in about 1970 and had a son, Frank Webb ??, born on a military base on the east coast. Theresa decided motherhood wasn't for her, divorced her husband, and gave him custody of Frank. He remarried, then died. His 2nd wife remarried a Dennis Duncan who adopted Frankie, and they raised him. Last I knew Frank was in Oklahoma. I have his date and place of birth at home. I wish I could connect with him.
