I would like to track down the circumstances of my grandfather's death in St Lucia in 1905. Two conflicting accounts have come down to me through the family. He was James Young,( married to Marie Elizabeth Allen) a military Captain (I think)in the British army stationed in St Lucia from approx 1900-1905. I believe the family lived on the Morne Fortune during their stay and that he was buried in a military cemetery in/near Castries.
