I am an adoptee in search of my birth parents... I was born in Birmingham Alabama... I was adopted at 14 mths old... My name at the time of the adoption was Denise Pierce... My adoptive parents changed my name to Shannon Sue Richardson... My name now is Shannon Denise Conaway... When I got married I changed my last name and my middle one also... I have to have something to identify myself for that part of my life that has been missing... My adoptive parents didn't give me much information at all.. They said that they did not know anything...
