My name is Steven M. Wiedeman and I was adopted in 1973 in the state of New Jersey. I was born in Mt. Holly, NJ. on 09/08/1962. I was able to find my biological father's name (Steven M. Atkins, Sr.) in some documents my adopted mother gave me. My biological mother's name is Kathryn J. Atkins (maiden name is possibly Ellis). I know for a fact I have three other siblings. I have a brother named Anthony Joe Atkins born on 12/21/1963 and two sisters named Doris born on 2/17/1965 and Barbara Ann was born on 9/18/1969. We were all split up into separate foster homes. I was in and out of different foster homes for approximately 5 years before I was finally adopted. The last place I remember everyone living together was in El, Paso TX. My biological parents were divorced in 1971. I have not seen any of my family for over 40 years. I have ALWAYS wanted to know them but recently I have had a stronger, more emotional feeling of finding my family members and reuniting with them. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
