I am searching for my birth mother or birth father. I am a female and I was born on January 2, 1978 at Mather Air Force Base Hospital in Sacramento California. My birth Mother named me 'Gretel E. Wiltrout'. I was told that my Father's name was not on my original birth certificate due to him signing a Denial or Paternity on December 16, 1977. My non-identifying information indicates that my birth mother and father were both 17 when I was born. My Birth Mother had 3 siblings, 2 sisters ages 12 and 10 (in 1978) and one brother who was 7 (in 1978).I was given an engraved bracelet with my birth date on it, a blanket and a hand written letter from my Mother that was addressed to 'Gretel' but was not signed.
