Final adoption 1-21-1966 in Spokane Washington by Judge Willard J Roe & Attorney Kathleen M. Taft. Decree No 80800. My name & date of birth were clearly changed on the decree in 1966. Only birth certificate I can obtain is dated 1-18-1965 lists MD as Ernst K. Kredel M.D.I have been told I was born by a 16 year old unmarried woman.
