I am searching for both of my birth parents and a female sibling who would be about 38 years old now. I was born in the Elyria Ohio Hospital on February 17, 1981. My parents were not married but both came into the Lutheran Social Services Agency to give vital family histories. My birth mother was 34 years old and birth father 27 or 28 years old - he worked at the Chrysler plant outside Cleveland Ohio and she was a college student with a 10 year old child with heart disease. That child had open heart surgery in June 1981, the month I left Foster care to go to my adoptive family. Both parents were of hispanic origin (Puerto Rican) and the name Rosario may have been one of the family member's names but I am not positive about that. The caseworker's name at Lutheran Social Services was Claudia and my adoption was finalized in the Mahoning county courts where my adoptive parents lived. My adoptive father is a Lutheran Minister and mother is a Social Worker. I have recently had some health issues and would very much like to have family health history if at all possible.
