Daughter born September 2,1991. Born in Waterloo, Blackhawk County, Iowa at Allen Memorial Hospital. Adoption papers were signed at a lawyer's office in Cedar Rapids, Linn County, Iowa. I was told she was given the name Maggie. Only making myself available if she is interested in contacting me as she turned 18 this year - not actively searching.
