Chantel Shari Simpson-Garcia Born june of 1981 @ mary's Help Hospt in Daly City, Ca. I lived at a home for unwed mothers called Mt St Josephs/St Elizabeths @ 100 masonic ave n San Francisco. I gave her up wehn she was about 3 months old in aug or sept 1981. The adoption agency was Childrens home society out of Oakland but now they are in LA The adoptions parents were picked by me.
