I was born on April 15, 1968 and I am looking for my birth mom. My mother lived at the Salvation Army Door of Hope in San Diego. She went by the name Janie. The adoption was arranged through Children's Home Society. My adopted parents met her when she was 8 months pregant. I was delivered at Mercy Hospital in San Diego. My mother had a sister who was also pregnant at the same time. Janie my mom had another child a few years later that she kept according to the social worker that arranged the adoption. My grandmother was a manicurist and my grandfather did auto body repairs.
