I am looking for my birth parents. I was born November 22, 1975 at 4:30am in Fort Worth, Tx. at the Edna Gladney home. The only thing that I am completely sure of is that my case workers name was Celeste. I have a picture of her holding me when my adoptive parents came to Texas to pick me up. I don't know much about my birth parents except, that my mother was 16, and my father was about 20 and in the military. My mother was about 5 feet tall had dark hair. According to the paper that I have she was a tom boy. As am I. My father was 5'6 or so. He had light brown hair and was athletic. I was picked up by my adoptive parents on December 2, 1975. My mom always called it my second birthday. My adopted mother died about 8 years ago and I miss her dearly. But she would never talk about my adoption. I think it hurt her feelings. She was my mother and it hurt her to think that I might find my birth mother and just forget about her. Even though I tried to tell her that I could never do that she still would not talk about it. And when I realized how much it hurt her I didn't bring it up again. My adoptive father is the same way. So I am kind of stuck. I would love to know who I look like.
