My name is Whitney Smith Hughes but my addopted name is Whitney Anne Smith. I am looking for my birth parents. I was adopted in July 15, 1986 and I was born on January 4, 1986 in anderson county Tennessee and I dont know anything about my birth parents. I dont know anything about my adoption eather I was born with redish blond hair with blue eyes.I was adopted when I was 6 months old and before that I stayed with a grandmother and her grandchild. My mother and father was told about me by a friend of the family.
