My ancestor ARTHUR IRWIN was born in 1767, almost certainly in Ireland and probably in either Northern Ireland or the northern part of Ireland. e may have been the Arthur Erwin of Newry, South Armagh County who arrived in Philadelphia on 11 Jul 1803. He was married to ANN MORRISON, born about 1782,almost certainly in Ireland. He died 1841 in Knox County, Ohio and she 1856 in Delaware County, Ohio. They were in Belmont Co., OH in 1820. Children were Mary (m. Samuel VANCE), Eliza, Rachel (m. POLLACH), Margaret Jane (m. Robert FARIS), William (m. Alice), Martha (m. LEE), Arthur Jr. (my ancestor, m. Elizabeth BYERS),Sarah Hart (m. Adam FARIS), and Joseph (m. Lydia. I'm seeking confirmation of Artur's and Ann's birth places and their lineage.
