I am looking for the birth parents of a boy adopted to Scott and Barbara Siggelkow. Boy was born May 6, 1953 in Milwaukee, WI. All I know is one parent is/was Lebanese and the other was German. I think it was throught the Chatholic Charties but can't be sure.
