Biracial child, brown eyes, brown hair, olive complextion, that I gave birth to on 11/29/1971 at the Salvation Army Home for unwed mothers, located in Birmingham, Alabama. This home was ran by the Salvation Army. Name at birth was Quincy Lynn Henderson. Mrs. Weaver was my social worker who made sure I gave my child up for adoption. The place of adoption took place at the Dept. of Welfare located in Guntersville, AL. Mrs. Weaver passed away shortly after she handled my case.
