My mother's name was Elizabeth Mancell (Maiden name Cleary), Possibly of Kilkenny. I was one of twins born to her on april 29th 1958. I do not know who my father was. The name on the birth certificate is Patrick Mancell. My twin sister and I were placed in St. Joseph's Residential Home in Kilkenny in 1958 until 1961 then adopted in the USA. My name is Our names originally were Michael ANthony Mancell and Maureen Ann Mancell. I am now Michael Anthony Hawkes.
